Adobe is deepening the implementation of AI in its most popular services, this time with a new AI assistant for Acrobat. The AI assistant, currently in beta, will provide a number of tools to improve the way we process and understand documents in Adobe.
The AI assistant has the capacity to analyze the content of a PDF file, offer a quick overview and answer questions about the content through a dialog interface. Furthermore, it can also produce citations to easily verify the source of the AI responses. In addition, the AI assistant will be able to structure and format information for e-mails, presentations, reports and similar documents.
Or, be useful for summarizing smaller texts when you feel lazy. Perhaps also very useful if you are trying to find the crux of a 90-page tender document.
The examples below show the AI assistant in action, and me asking questions about the book "Intercom on Product Management".
