Information you give us
When you send an enquiry or request a meeting, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, project context, and preferred meeting time. We use this information to respond, prepare for the conversation, and take steps you request before a possible agreement. If you subscribe to Pixlpost, we use your email address to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe. The legal bases are steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, and consent for the newsletter.
Website use and browser storage
When analytics and experimentation are enabled, the site records limited usage information such as page views, interactions, device context, and experiment assignments. These events are associated with a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser rather than your name. Hosting and security systems also process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. We use this information to operate and improve the site and assess which content is useful.
Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel to host and protect the website, Resend to deliver contact messages and manage newsletter subscriptions, and Statsig for analytics and experimentation when configured. These providers process information on our behalf for the stated purposes. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an approved transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to follow up a business relationship, or to meet legal documentation requirements. Newsletter details remain until you unsubscribe or we close the list. Technical and analytics data is retained according to the relevant service configuration and is removed or aggregated when no longer needed. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and trusted service providers to protect the information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
