Ignist is an independent advisory firm working with fire safety engineering, risk assessment, suppression systems, and third-party review. Fire safety reports are at the core of what they deliver, and the same kinds of technical assessments recur across projects, buildings, and project classes.
Traditionally, such reports are produced in Word, with shared folders, long revision rounds, and little reuse of subject-matter content. When we started the work in 2024, we set ourselves the goal of bringing the entire report production into a single tool, where content, requirements, and rules can be broken apart, reused, and tailored without losing traceability or professional consistency. We also built a complete visual identity for BuildTek from the ground up, including a new logo, landing page, and a dedicated design system for the web app.
